Hi, I hope all is well guys.

I'm looking to pull several service manuals for the G42 M240ix, including those for coolant, transmission, etc. This system contains everything from the fluids to the torque specs?

Where can I find the manuals for my car? I've spent two hours trying to find them, and I don't know how to use this system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure what i'd put for the username and password, and I was interested in using TIS because I already have the 24 hour access pass and can use the TIS system.

I know this doesn't answer your TIS question - but if you can't find what you are looking for there - just get a free copy of ISTA.
All you need is a windows PC. ISTA is available in multiple places. Search for "bimmer scene".

I started playing with ISTA a little bit more in the past few weeks and I found it very good for any service procedures.
More than being a free "Bentley" (for those old enough to remember what Bentley manuals used to be... ) - you can run diagnostics, reset service intervals, etc.

Since you mentioned "coolant" - here's a sample of what ISTA would give you for water pump replacement. (attached)
