INPA with thor wifi

Trying to setup INPA for my thor wifi adapter. Problem is when I remove/change name of the original api32.dll and replace with the WiFi api32.dll file, INPA wont even start up.
Says VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll not found.
Had it working good on my old computer, but can't remember exactly what I did back then. Think i did some changes in the EDIABAS.INI file... Anyone in here had same problem and/or know solution?

You need to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Not sure why the Thor api32.dll made a difference, it should have failed with the original one as well.
