It's a not bad price. The going rate for an E93 with 110K is 20-23K.

Depends, I wouldn't. If your cash flow is not a problem keep leasing (if you're self employed even better, write off the interest and all xD). BMW especially 100k+ starts to get small problems here and there. And if major things haven't failed yet (like Waterpump, suspension bushings, turbos, etc) it is bound to happen soon. So if you absolutely adore the car and want it, good deal, not bad for $19,000. But if not, then just move on to something newer and better =D

Good Luck!

am a little confused, is the $19,000 the same as the residual value in your lease agreement?

I'm confused. You leased it from the U.S.? How is that even possible?

They bought the car from the U.S. and didn't honor the maintenance? What a joke. It's the least they could have done.

Makes sense that it was a private dealership...How long ago did you purchase the car? I assume, based on the fact that the car will come out to $62k once all said and done, it was purchased new by you. Did you manage to save any money from the transaction?

ok, when I was looking at getting one of those us cars I have been told that the free maintenance will not be honored but the vehicle warranty will be. Now this is what that dealer was telling me while trying to make the sale and I never did confirm that with the bmw. Cold feet and I did walk away from it, mind you price was more attractive but there must be a reason why You should call bmw dealer and see if you can still purchase the extended warranty

From what I understand, it was honoured on a dealer-dealer basis...

I got my e90 with 50k for $20 w/full warranty. Doesn't that seem a little high for that many miles?
