All weather floor mats

Has anyone purchased the all weather floor mats for the M240i from BMW?

There is no picture on the website and I want to make sure they are up to the task for Wisconsin winters. I couldn't find any other options from 3rd parties.

The model number is the same as the 430i I believe. If you search the floor Mats model there are a couple pictures online.

Thanks for reminding me about the Mats

Yes, I just ordered them from BMW. Fronts only, about $100

Different platform so I'd doubt it.

They definitely don't hold as much melted slush as I would hope, and there are some areas of coverage that are left vunerable. That being said its better than the carpeted mats. They definitely seemed to be after form over function, which is a shame. I will definitely consider getting the more full coverage weathertech floormats if and when the come available.

Thanks for the detail. I think I'll hold off for the weathertech.

I do not like BMW's all-weather floor mats (for any model), they leave a lot to be desired. I will 100% wait for the Weathertech ones. I've had Weathertech floormats and cargo liners in every vehicle I've had for the last 10 years, you can't beat them.

it's funny you ask this as I just got my new m240i this weekend and had the same thought as you about if the all weather mats from my f22 would fit so I gave it a shot. they don't fit perfectly but I think they might work ok as they are pretty similar in shape and size. once I get to drive it some more I'll let you all know if there are any issues with them and if I think I'll need the ones made specifically for the new car.

I've been using the WeatherTech floor liners in all my car and will buy as soon as they come out for the G42. I wonder what the delay is.

You can fill out the request for on the Weathertech site. More requests could help the process move along a little quicker

I was going to ask exactly the same thing. It's not like the addition of BMW winter mats are going to help me in a trade, so I thought of keeping them.

Quick update from BMW for those of you that have ordered these like me: "there is currently a back order quantity of over 100, and Germany does not have an ETA immediately available."

For those of you who want slightly more protection than what the floor mat #51472473238 provides, there is a floor liner option with #51472462750 that has slightly better protection and they retail for $145.

Floor mat on the left vs Floor liner on the right in the picture below

I just want to know if the mats for the m240i are the same as the m340i, when it comes to the fronts.

Tuxmats coming late August according to customer service. I decided to purchase a small truck and just garage the m240i for the snowy months.
