I replaced my professional head unit as the original one stopped playing and the display also stopped working.
after putting in "new" head unit the parking sensors stopped beeping, they work as tested with inpa but i imagine i need to do some coding? thanks |

For anyone searching this post in the future I'll assuming the answer was to SG_Coderian to the headunit! This will code the VO (in this case the PDC) to the replacement headunit. Reason being is that not all headunits have all features programmed into them just waiting to be used, so they need telling what processes to perform.

Don't mean to revive a thread (and I realize I'm on the wrong site for F30s) but I recently replaced the head unit and now the Navigation/Cameras/PDC are non-functioning. Any advice? Thank you!

Headunit needs to be virginized, fsc’s loaded in and then coded. You can get away with just coding it but your navigation won’t work it’ll be greyed out. You CAN DIY this but it’s a bit tricky when it comes to fsc codes.
