Turbo Recommendations
I知 looking for specific recommendations for my ambitions with my car, I see a big price variation between turbos which are supposedly capable of reaching the same power.
I知 looking to get my car to somewhere between 500 and 600whp (one day) and the turbos in that area; Boost Addicts N55 Hybrid, Pure Stage 2 etc are turbos that are reported to be designed for that sort of power. However, these turbos in particular are 」1500 apart in price, why is that? Quality or max potential? Any other recommendations on decent turbos for that power range? |

Im in the same boat.. 2011 335i, intake, catless dp, intercooler, mhd... I dont want anything crazy but would like to get about 500 at the wheels.. I just ordered a snow 2.5 meth kit and been looking at turbos.. pure 500 price is great but if i do lpfp and hpfp fuel pumps will the 500 be my bottleneck?
Its a pretty big price jump to the 750 just wondering it that would be overkill... I basically super confused about what i realistically need.. Ive heard great think about pure but im in norcal so vargas is local and the price between "stage 1" for around 1k and "stage 2" for around 3k are pretty close... Any input would be great... not trying to make it a brand debate just trying to figure out if the stage 1 hybrid style is enough for a comfortable 500 with my mods or do i need to go bigger. Thanks |

Im sure it wont hurt to go bigger so now i just gotta convince myself the pure 750 is gonna be worth the money!! Would hate to go through all the work of swapping it out and and then regret getting the 500... |
