HELP! BMW 325i limb mode

Car no start no crank at all.

Even if it could start, it would hit limp mode anyway -basically it couldn't go above 2500-3000 rpm. It just jerks/hiccups like crazy and shut down on its own

Codes retrieved:
2D54, DME internal fault, monitoring rpmlimitation
2E7C, Bitserial datainterface, signal
2F45, Interface DME-EWS
2D5C. DME internal fault, monitoring hardware
29DB, unknown
29D0, unknown

What could be the problems for these?
Many thanks for your help!
