Expanding T-shaped plastic rivets for attaching door harness to the door

Hello, I'm replacing my EU BMW E90's front driver and passenger doors with new ones from a UK BMW E90. Halfway into dissasembly realized that the UK model door harnesses (part No. drivers side-61126938215, passengers side- 61126947094) are on opposite sides compared to my EU model doors. So I removed the harnesses from both UK model doors (drivers and passengers). The harnesses were attached to the doors with these Expanding T-shaped plastic rivets displayed below. To remove the harness I had to break these rivets. I was planning to just order new ones for installation, yet I cannot find any part number (not on the part itself, nor in the parts catalog on RealOEM.com). I was wondering if anybody knows whether it's possible to order these new and if yes, does anybody know where I can order them in Europe (maybe I just don't know how to search for them)?

Thank you for any additional information on this matter.
