you know i had the same question as you, and i think the answer is profit..Cause the prices are so so high.. I mean if most of us lived in the states we would be able to get better BM's, withe the prices were using here..

exactly what kapoo said... prices r going really high, here the 335i is 2000 rials cheper than the E46 M3! E46 M3 price was rising till the launch of the 335i and the rumers of the M3, that's business...

i know the e92 much upgrade of e46 normal coupe but still it dosent replace the M3 honestly when i first heard of 335i i thought we will get it in reasonable price , thats what audi is doing when they make 4 cylinder turpo engine it come cheaper than normal 6 cylinder normal engine with same hp.

yah good plan by audi/VW using the 4-cylinder turbo
that also applies on the 335i though, because it has an hp output of a V8 (306hp, that's almost the same as the 540i) but yah the 335i price is kinda high, although my cuzn thought it would be more expensive looking at the prices of other German brands (Merc, audi) and some thought it would be more expensive cuz ur buying a BMW

i think the support option for the maintainance which bmw middle east applied recently (just to buy the car and service almost full five years) play a part of the pricing of e92

Its cos there is only one dealer here. He can set the price and you have to pay.
If there are many dealers then more competition so better prices for all of us. |

Yes, I think the Dubai dealer is different then the Abu Dhabi one. The problem is that every dealer here has a monopolistic position in the market and can do whatver they want :sad0147:
Do they offer extended warranties and maintenance plans in Dubai on used BMW's like they have in the States? Thanks guys. |
