Business NAV issues

I'll get to the point...
I tried to code something on the audio system of my E91 with Business Navigation CD M-ASK (02.2007) with a small display. However, I managed to "mess it up." The button that increases and decreases the volume no longer works as it should. Instead, it mutes the volume regardless of whether I turn it left or right. When I press it, nothing happens, but if I press it while rotating, the CD ejects. The CD eject button no longer works, nor does the left-right button. Do you have any idea how I can fix this issue?

do the coding using factory FA ( it is also called empty fsw_psw.man file coding)
if you haven't saved or modified FA, your car will be coded to factory options
before that you need to be sure that you have not only basic INPA/NCSEXPER install, but have daten updated to at least 2009-2013 year level

We don't have that Nav in the US.
You might try the Idrive and the coding subforum .

Sounds like you need to look for a replacement or a repair shop.
