Haha yeah, that is the mindset that keeps the top 1% at the top, not generational wealth or extreme privilege or anything else. Get off your high horse dude, not everyone wants to hoard their money for the future, it can be entirely reasonable to spend half your salary on a car if that fits your priorities. You could die tomorrow and loose everything, if you want to save way more that's great for you, but it doesn't make you a better or smarter person than the next guy. |

Thanks for the help guys. Ordered on Friday.
Alpine White 6 speed MANL Vernasca with blue contrast ZHO Shadowline $300 ZLP Lighting $650 1E7 Bicolor 930M wheels 248 Heated Steering Wheel $200 3MQ 50 year Emblems $200 4LN Aluminum Rombicle Anthracite interior trim $150 This puts me at $64,695 with the destination charge. Anything I will miss later? The carbon roof is tempting, but way too much money. Same with the HUD. Like the carbon seats, but wife would bitch incessantly about them and it's a big nut for the full carbon package. Is the $950 I am spending for the adaptive lights and Shadowline worth it? Will I be disappointed in the Aluminum Trim in person vs spending the money for carbon? The aluminum looks good in pictures. |

I'm going to allocate $500/mo the next 6 months for the M Carbon Roof and Carbon Fiber Trim I opted in for - just feel it needs it. |

I originally went with the HUD for my build but then took it off, I have it on my M240i but don't feel it's worth the $1,100. I also went with the aluminum rhombicle trim. Looking at CF and Aluminum Rhombicle samples side by side in person at the dealership, I do admit the CF looked more premium but it was one of those things where I felt the AR looked decent enough and is lighter than the CF to provide a little contrast in a dark interior. It's definitely nicer than the Tetragon I have on my M240i |

It’s a shame the carbon buckets aren’t a stand alone options. Seems like I am forced to get the drivers pack which I don’t want.

Merino leather for front/rear seats is baked into the Carbon Pack as a no cost option. So theoretically $6.5k total($4500 for stand alone buckets and $2k for Merino). |

Don't see any posts but has anyone been able to get the carbon package added to their order in the order bank? My rep says it's not showing up in the system to even choose

This what I am wondering. For example, if you are #2 at a dealership that only initially gets 1 allocation but #1 wants the carbon pack. Does #1 get to sit on that initial allocation until that option is available or does that allocation then go to #2? Or is all of that at the discretion of the dealership?
