On my car you have to go into the settings on the infotainment screen, go to Car, then I believe climate controls, then HVAC preconditioning, there you will see remote start, activate that.
After that you should be able to remote start the car by pressing the lock button 3 times, you have to hold it on the 3rd press for a few seconds. |

Dang I just looked in the car at that menu and I didn't see it let me try again.
Not an option. You can build in order to buy pre delivery. Hence my original question. |

Yeah I purchased my car off the dealer showroom floor, so I guess it must have came specc'ed that way. I didn't know remote start was an option. I wonder if it can be unlocked via those Bimmer coding apps, but that's something I've never played with before. Hopefully someone else will come by and sort it out. |

how do you access the store? everytime I try to go in to the store it leads me to log in page, i logged in and leads me to home page and no store at all

I literally rebooted my phone removed my profile from the app, rebooted the phone added the profile from the app, rebooted the phone removed the app and all data, and rebooted my phone and reinstalled app and configuration was same!
