FS: K&N RR-3002 Reverse Conical Air Filter (great for your CAI) & Custom Couplers
I have two seperate things for sale here; 1) K&N RR-3002 Reverse Conical Air Filter *STILL AVAILABLE* 2) A set of custom aluminum couplers *SOLD* I just purchased a set of filters and made some custom machined aluminum couplers a week ago for a quick and easy "dyno glory intake". This setup was used for 2 days for a track event. Its basically brand spanking new and back in the box. If you just purchased a CAI, I highly recommend that you use this filter for it. Its one of K&N's top of the line 3" filters and has a reverse conical end which is great for sucking air straight on. I think the cheapest you can find these is for $48 on Amazon right now, and its out of stock. So, I will let one go for $42 shipped in the US. Remember, it has about 30 miles on it! http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=RR-3002 Im saving the other filter for my UR CAI which will be here anyday. Second items for sale; (2) Aluminum CNC machined stepdown couplers. This set is a PERFECT fit between the stock intake pipes and a 3" cone filter. The finish is man-tastic. Hell, even if you dont want to use it on the car, its pretty enough to hang on a wall! You'' need these if you looking for a good around town or drag strip setup. Its a good inexpensive alternative to some of the CAI's available right now. Now, if your a track junky I do not recommend this setup since in that extreme condition it will get hot. Otherwise, your fine. Also, with the right filter setup, its NOT loud. People who say its loud, either have ghetto filters, or do not have reverse conical types. My wife didnt even notice it was on the car until I said something. $35 shipped. for the set Last edited by M3to335; 02-19-2008 at 05:45 PM.. |

Sounds good. I should have my CAI "hopefully" by weeks end if all goes to plan. It was supposed to go out either last friday or tomorrow + 3 days shipping which puts me at Friday.
I can do paypal if you wish. skaskawitz@hotmail.com and it will mail immediately after the CAI comes in via FedEx. Soooo, filter is still up for grabs |
