ABS Splitter

Looking for ABS front splitter recommendations.

Leaning toward the AutoID splitter but can't help but notice splitters on Amazon/eBay that look identical for half the price (when shipped to the US).

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations?

I purchased the AutoID Black ABS Splitter and Winglets. I paid $100 to return them to the UK from the US.

Quality was not great. Warping, Ejection Pin marks in the plastic that show through the paint (Circles), bad paint, paint running on the Winglets. I just couldn't put these on my brand new BMW. Switching to the TRE Carbon or nothing at all.

Wow. What a shame. I was seriously considering AutoID to avoid that exact sort of issue from other sellers.

Also considering Maxton but haven't heard or seen enough about it yet.

I think they all sell the same black plastic parts. I think mine were just bad luck and slipped through quality control. I just pulled the trigger on the TRE Carbon Front Splitter and Winglets from AutoID. Fingers crossed those turn out much better.

Update! I received the TRE Carbon front splitter and Winglets and the are excellent!!

I the close up picture, it’s the M Performance Carbon Wing on the Left and the TRE Carbon on the right. TRE has a larger and more rectangular weave, but still looks Primo!!

Looks good! I just ordered my TRE splitter this week. I went with the long Autoid with winglet skirts in carbon fiber. Hoping the patterns between the two aren’t crazy different.

I debated really hard on ordering one, but couldn’t talk myself into it. The price on them make them so tempting and I actually like some of the designs.

As long as they are both from TRE, they should 100% be the same weave.

I can only second that, not OK by any means.

I shipped my splitter back and purchased the basic carbon version.
Only to find out that side flares are not evenly following the bumper profile, left side almost touching the bumper.
I anyway decided to put it onto the car, and then the resin on the carbon turned milky after 3months. Then I gave up on autoid.... cannot afford shipping parts back repeatedly on my expense.
I guess I get what I pay for, but then better get it of alibaba directly for 1/3 of the cost.

Secondly on the plastic version, which i pointed out in my return to autoid, that parts are PP (even marked PP on the parts &#128512 and not ABS.
Without gf filler PP will sag over time when exposed to heat.
Still advertized as ABS on homepage...

This gives me 0 comfort in my order and making me think I should cancel and order from maxton for a try.
