Great experience buying my 2008 328i coupe with them.

I shopped around online and did my research on price and found my car on their website. That same day I called the dealer, told them what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. I got a great deal from my CA Marco Rojas and I was very happy. I took delivery on that night, January 25th.

However in the next couple weeks I noticed grinding sounds coming from the brakes and I called marco and he advised me to bring it in to be inspected. It turns out that in their shop several brake components failed including the brake booster and master cylinder. It sat in their shop for almost 2 weeks and they couldn't figure out the problem. Finally they replaced and reprogramed the dsc module, bled the brakes one more and it was fixed. I was extremely happy to get my car back because I had only had it for 2 weeks prior to this happening. Gabriel was my SA and he took great care of me, they even gave
Me a BMW loaner when hertz could not rent me a car due to my age, I'm 20 however I am financing the car on my own in my name so let's not start the spoiled kid stuff please.

I highly recommend shelly dispite all the nasty stories i have seen on the forums.
