Just go buy the evolution autoworks single cooler kit if it's street only. If your car sees the track, get the dual setup.

Stett Performance in Texas also sells a nice oil cooler upgrade. It appears to not be on their website, but just call them, they still sell it.

ER "Sport" oil cooler kit is the way to go - uses stock oil thermostat but adds a core that is 3x the size of the stock core. ER sells an adapter kit for cars that don't have the factory unit. Mine has kept my oil temps down to 230 when running it hard.

ER Racewerks sells their Sport kit which mounts in the stock location (passenger wheel well). If you buy the retrofit kit it'll include everything you need except the vented front passenger mesh.

Other option is look in the FS section or hit up Tischer & buy the OEM bits to retrofit. Might be less expensive, but if you ever plan on tracking your car just go with the ER kit.

I put a Dinan one on mine. I wouldn't be surprised if the 335i version of other manufacturers fit as well.

Evolution Raceworks Sport (single side oil cooler) if you're NOT tracking the car.

Evolution Racewerks Race (dual side oil cooler) if you're going to track the car.

Don't bother with the other options: the AR Design kit blocks the radiator (so you'll cool the oil but diminish the cooling of the engine), the STETT costs more & an OEM retrofit won't be worth it since there wouldn't be a significant price difference between the OEM + ER retrofit kits.

^ Absolutely true - ER's kits are great. The have an adapter option if you do not have a stock oil cooler. Fred at ER is really good to work with.
