Ok so I downloaded 4.39.20. I'm planning on heading to a buddy's house who has a windows laptop to fix my iDrive this weekend. According to the install video, it takes several hours to install, is that right? What files do I need to include in the install to reflash an iDrive? Also, do I need a license, and if so, do I need to install the software before I can get the key to generate the license code?
