Stopping rear tyre from scrubbing

I’ve got a 2011 e90 320d.

I’ve just put new wheels on which are 19” with 255/35r19 on the rears but I’m getting quite bad scrubbing.

I am looking at fitting coilovers to be able to adjust the height however I’ve seen most coilovers start around 1” lower than oem.

Would 30 profile tyres with a set of coilovers be ok? Or do I need to do something different?
