hey guys i recently got the cravenspeed for my g42 and i cannot get the tow stud in. it just does not want to fit whether i use hands or wrench. did yours go in easily??

I have the Cravenspeed version as well. No issues and I'm definitely not the most mechanically adept person. Honestly, if I did it, you can, too.

Did you ensure that the proper trim version was ordered? There are differences between the three available versions.

i got the g42 m and m package. the tow stud will not go in and is getting stripped. i stopped and emailed them.

Did you get any response?

I am not sure if I added that at first I had the 2022 version of the mount. It did not fit the 2023 version (I was in the group that had their build with the 2022 model stop and transition into the 2023 version.) They were very understandable of the change BMW made, and sent me the proper fitment bolt. No issues as I said.

Hope they resolved any issues.
