Got some 826m wheels on the car, which I’m honestly surprised at the difference the weight saving makes while driving.

Looks great. Loving the SLAs. I talked to them. Likely going the gun metal gloss myself.

Makes it look better and serves function by reducing heat, glare, ir/uv. I have gone 3m before on light coatings for windshields and dark all around. This time opted for Kavaca ceramic IR film to go with the their ppf and ceramic coating.

30% is light but still very functional.

I certainly had to compromise on the shade but I think it looks pretty ok. How do you like the Kavaca vs 3M tints? Any noticeable difference?

Music to my ears. I have a take-off set of 826M sitting in my garage - just waiting for my car to get out of Mexico.

What do you plan to do with the 930ms? Make them a winter set?

Looks sharp! As long as you are comfortable in the car in the sun/heat/glare that's what matters.

Visually I'd say the films are pretty close. The rejection ratings are supposedly higher on the Kavaca but honestly won't be able to truly test that until the summer heat here in Phoenix.

The lack of heat gain with the Ceramic Pro Ultimate IR vs whatever I had on my last car, is insane. We’re still over 100° here, and the car is cooled off super fast. I’m actually floored. I never would have guessed it would be this good. Granted, my old tiny was from ‘12, so super old tech.

Definitely agree the Kavaca Ultimate Pro is good film. And if you came from a standard film on the last car it would be a night and day difference with the heat/glare etc.

South Florida doesn’t partake in winter, so I was thinking of selling them to fund the mod list.

Yup same patches on the mats and come with 4 new replacement hook / patches to replace the ones on the floor as well. Just kept those as extra as the ones on the floor are brand new.

That's why I love Phoenix. 3 months of hot weather, 9 months of beautiful weather. But can drive year round, no weather prevents you from getting to work etc lol.

Drove her to Lake Gregory and Arrowhead via the Rim of the World highway. If you are in Southern California, this road is a must, specially when the basin is clouded. You literally drive above the clouds. Just spectacular! …still at 460 miles.
