I purchased my E90 from united BMW Gwinett and they were great. They wont negotiate a whole lot on price but they will take care of you post purchase. The car had a few scratches and blemishes but fixed it post purchase as soon as they could.

Great Sales Team but Service Team Needs Improvement
I'm new to the forum and after 10 years I'm back in a Bimmer. I had a great experience purchasing my 328i from United of Gwinnett and was hoping for the same experience with the service team. The service team fell way short of my expectations. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and when I got my car back the check engine light was on. Guys, all I ask is you check everything over before you give me back my car. I also had grease stains on my floor mat and leather seat. The service manager made everything right.
Anyone else experience bad service from United? |

Bought my E90 there and process was good. No real problems with service department either. All my warranty service was done there and all of the other things done at Solo.
