The newest design in our ever improving H8 LED Angel Eyes line, the 80W high output LED Angel Eyes are even brighter then our previous versions, improving overall light output as well as even light distribution between the outer and inner Angel Eyes rings. Using larger and higher output CREE LEDs, light output has been increase by over 40% over the previous design, with wider angle and brighter output LEDs they increase brightness and even light output between the rings. The heat sinks have been improved promoting even longer life as well as the LED power being adjusted and made more efficient to produce more light output and improved outer ring output. The error correcting modules have been improved for better error correcting qualities and for a smaller more compact design of both the error correcting modules as well as the LED control modules to allow easier fitment in tight spaces. Using new larger wide angle High Power CREE LEDs on each BMW H8 Angel Eyes bulb aimed directly at the light pickups, these direct replacement high output H8 LED Angel Eyes upgrade modules are whiter then stock and will match the color of the BMW HID lights giving your BMW a unique and modern look! I'm looking to change out my existing AE's to try something different
I noticed that both on your site, and postings - the new 80W state: 'Some Modification Required' or ***NOTE***Modification may be required**** > Could you elaborate more as to exactly what modification is req'd? I see the new 80W's have separate Power/Error Correcting Modules - I'm guessing these will not fit in the light cavity on an E92 & are mounted externally - does this have something to do with the modification? > If you could PM me the instructions that would be helpful

Anyone put these in and have a report? Also, Jeff, do you know the lumen output versus stock halogen H8s?

The version 2 has now been released and is now plug and play no modification required. These actually run more efficient then the 60W predecessor thanks to its built in fan.

Hey all, just received my 80w LED's a few hours ago!
I just want to say I had the 60w version before I received these. The 80w pair is much brighter than the 60w, they are much more noticeable in the daytime! I love the fact that these have a small built-in fan to help with cooling. The aluminum bodies seem like they are much more efficient. The install of the 80w kit was actually easier than the install of the 60w because of the shape of the housing of the 80w. They are almost like a handle to hold while turning the bulb. All in all, I am happier with the 80w kit. I must say Jeff and everyone over at HPB are great to deal with and I look forward to dealing with that staff again in the future. Jeff, here are the pics I promised. Let me know if you would like any others

Just found the 80W today and placed order. Can't wait. I had ordered some Arc Angel H8 bulbs to try to get white light but it was not very different from stock. Get what you pay for, these definitely seem quality.
