Wow! I was hoping to see at least one positive post about service at Pac BMW in Glendale. Seems I got a roockie SA on my first trip. (Not a pleasant first experience...I had to guide him as to what he should do to resolve my issues!) It's being taken care of but only because I directed him instead of him taking initiative...he was just too "green". Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who has had service multiple times at Pac. BMW? Thanks!

I've been to Pacific several times and had nothing but great experience. I heard they used to be not so good, but ever since the remodeling of the facility, they've been top notch. I would highly recommend Hassan. He took great care of myself and my car. He even commented on my Volks and knew what they were from his office. He wrote "DONT SCRATCH RIMS" in red bold letters on all service paper, he said that he worries about it too when he takes his car in for service.

I deal with BMW OF Monrovia. Brook is my gal. She is soo nice; even though she doesn't know crap about servicing BMW, I still like the gal because she has the biggest smile, and she gave me a loaner even though I didn't buy the car from them.
