glow plug wiring diagram?

I have been searching the internet for the past bit trying to find a wiring diagram of the glow plug system...

I had a broken controller box given to me to fix, but I was wondering which wires were for the glow plugs themselves..

the aluminum wire inside is a complete joke! I have some 16 gauge buss wire to replace it all with..

like I said I am just looking to see what the pins do / go on the box

What pin removal tools are you using?

I don't really understand what you are asking?? I'm not removing any pins

I am trying to fix a broken controller box, I want to see what is what and see if the damage can be seen.

right now I have a box that I am upgrading the tiny aluminum wire to 16 gauge buss wire.

for anyone wondering about repairing these boxes themselves I will say this is not a solder job for a novice. definitely advanced solder skills are needed to remove components form electronic boards...

I may make a step by step write up, but I might do that with I pull my original failed box in my car. at least on that one I know there is a failure on glow plug #5.

Good to see my controller dying for science. I still have all 6 original glow plugs. I have no idea which cylinder they came from, but if you know a way to test them, I can test them to see if they actually failed, or if it was a module problem.

With the wiring diagram I can test the glow plugs from the connector

I wouldn't say it is dying... more like voodoo type stuff!

Careful testing the glow plugs. There is a defined process with precautions.
