Spacer recommendations ?

Can anyone recommend what are good quality spacers to get for an e90 325i m sport and also where is the best place to get these ? Thanks

You can't go far wrong with H&R or Eibach. 10mm front and back is a safe bet, bigger may result in rubbing.

pre-lcis will benefit from a bit more on the rear

I have some 15mm + bolts which I can let go. Made the rear too wide for me and rubbed with back seat passengers
