For Pacific NW, Seattle Area....Hahn BMW in Yakima +1

I have purchased my E92 335 (1st E92 they have ever ordered) from them and had a great expereince with Tiho (internet & ED Manager). I highly recomend this dealer over BMW Bellevue or Seattle especially for ED both for savings and great customer service.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

I've been working with Tiho also, to order my 335 coupe - he's incredibly patient, easy to work with, and came up with a very fair deal.

I live in Seattle and, while I'd service my car at Seattle (the service department there is incredible) I'd only ever buy from Hahn / BMW Yakima.

Feel free to PM me with questions.

I just ordered another E93 from Tiho as well...... This car is for a very good friend. Tiho beat BMW Seattle by 200 a month on a ED lease! The funniest thing is my friend is already leasing a 325CIC through Seattle and they told him there is NO WAY he can get the car at a price Tiho is getting it for us.....

We are shooting for a Oct ED date and car should be in Yakima in Dec sometime.... Afterwards, I am planning on driving it to BMW Seattle to have them face reality..... We will turn in the old lease to Tiho as well.....

Keep it up guys and don't get screwed by Bellevue and Seattle.....

You can contact me if you have any questions about Hahn BMW.

Ted

It's also about allocation and timing - not only was Tiho's pricing superior, but he could get me into the car I wanted 10 weeks earlier than Bellevue or Seattle.

Interestingly, I sent the price I'd got to both Fife and Seattle, and one said "If that deal is real, take it", the other said "In 25 years of selling cars, I've only once done a deal better than that".

Plus, I just called Tiho to check the status on a wheels order he's doing for me, and we ended up having a 30 minute chat about all sorts of stuff. Can you honestly say you'd want to spend time talking with the CAs at "the other dealerships", or that they'd want to spend time talking with you post-sale?

It's great for me to hear good things about other NW BMW Center's. What's good for one Center IMHO is great for our perception in the NW as a whole.

I bounced the deal I got off of Seattle and Fife (Bellevue never responded to my initial emails). Both dealerships claimed I'd made the deal up, and challenged me to take it.

PM with deal details, Alistair.

I've made aggressive offers on ED prior to this thread, TTG can vouch for that.

Mine wasn't ED - I didn't fancy the european vacation, and it'd work out cost neutral to take it. I got a great deal on "dealer delivered" and picked up last week....

I see you got the Style 230 19's How are those in person? BMWAG decided to pull them as an option from MY2008; probably be released next spring...

Any problems with purchasing in Yakima but having the car serviced in Seattle (such as lack of loaners, etc.)?

Not that I've noticed. Seattle's service is exceptional.

Mine's going in for a software update in a couple of weeks, and they're sorting me out with a loaner...

That was the response I got from BMW of Bellevue last year when I asked them to match the deal I got from BMW of Eugene. As a result, I leased my 335i from BMW of Eugene at a price of $1000 over invoice plus 0 dealer mark up on the money marker rate.

WOW, this is perfect timing guys.... I just picked up my car yesterday from BMW Seattle's service and I had absolutely nothing but a wonderful expereince.

The car went in for an early annual oil change (2200 miles / 1 year).
I mentioned to them that I was having Nav / idrive related issues....

I called an made an appoint about a month ago and indicated that I needed a loaner.

When I went there to drop off my car, I told them specificially NOT to wash my car. I put post it notes everywhere but my SA Denise also put a huge note on the dash that said "No Wash".

Next is the loner..... They had a brand new 328 Coupe Waiting for me (took pics & will post it tonight). It was pretty base.... ZSP, Auto, leather. Great car but made me realize how much I don't like auto trans.

I told Denise that I had plans for Sat night and I won't be able to pick up my car if it is not done before 4pm.... Denise called me in the middle of the day to let me know that they are installing the latest sofware and that it still had couple of hours to go..... So she told me that I can pick up my car either Mon or Tue and just keep the loaner until it was a good time for me to pick up my car....

Pick Up.....

I went there after work on Monday and my car was parked in a corner spot away from all the cars. They have changed the oil, upgraded the software... They also told me that my alarm was not programed so they went ahead and activated that as well at a total invoice price of $0.00. Needless to say my car was not washed!

All I can say is BRAVO to their service folks.... This was definately one of the BEST service expereinces I ever had and they have not once asked me where I bought my car..... I can only wish that their sales folks were as nice as their service folks!

Thumbs up Good Experience (so far!)

I just placed my order with Tiho at Hahn BMW. It was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I never had to step foot into a dealership, and the entire process took maybe 6 emails and a phone call.

Tiho gave me a great deal and was straight to the point without trying to sell me on something I didn't want. I can't wait til it arrives!
