lci Angel Eyes

Apologies if this post is a bit long but asking advice. Being in South Africa our choices of decent angel eye bulbs is fairly limited. Bearing in mind heat damage can one use 55w halogen. Considering OSRAM night breakers. Decent LED's are in short supply and pricey in our part of the world. also, space is an issue with the screw cap behind the light unit. what strength LED's could one look at again bearing in mind operating temp? The OEM bulbs are H8 but H11 also fits

LED run much cooler than halogen bulbs. I had good luck with Lutz (sp?)brand. They are a sponsor on this site.
