Harmon Kardon EQ
Thought I'd share my eq settings. Out of the box I was surprised how bad this system sounds. These settings are pretty descent and have grown on me. If anyone thinks their sound system could be better this is a good starting point. Enjoy

DbLog,
Thanks for posting. I pilfered your setup and like it very much. The settings I had in there were super muddy in the highs and midrange, but yours really bring out the clarity! Thanks for thinking of us! |

I'll check out these settings. I like the HK system. I had it in my old my '08 328i and it was a must have when looking for another which thankfully came with my D.

I listen to a lot of bass-y music, hood bangerz! I had an infinity system in my genesis coupe w/10 speakers and it was pretty good. but when I got my HK 335d.... oh man! obviously crisper, but i noticed i am barely over the 50% mark (60%) on bass and it is almost too much still. I havent messed with the eq bars but I will give this a try.
only complaint is the audio lag from phone to car speakers. dont notice it when just playing music. but do notice it when im sitting in the car wanting to watch youtube or IG/Snapchat videos which is pretty annoying since i then have to disconnect my BT to hear the audio in sync. (my gencoupe was in sync when connected to the car.) |

What is under the space on the dash where the speaker would go?? I have this little thought of a hud for navigation since I still use my phone over my outdated nav sysytem |
