Micro Bubbles??
I'm paint correcting my 2011 BMW 335i with a Giots 6" garage DA polisher. I am using Chemical Guy's orange hex pad with Meguiars 205 on speed 5. Though I am removing swirls and scratches, I notice that somehow microbubbles or mini pin holes are introduced. What am I doing wrong? You can only see the micro bubbles at an angle and it's consistent, and you really have to look for it. Nonetheless, it's concerning.

Please post a photo to help us better understand what exactly you are seeing.
The act of paint correction will not create pin holes, however it may make these types of defects much easier to see as you are removing the swirl marks and other superficial defects which may have helped hide this sort of damage. "Pin holes or microbubbles" as you describe them make me think of 3 possible common scenarios... 1) Fisheyes in the paint 2) Solvent Pop in the paint 3) Road Rash Fisheyes and solvent pop are a product of poor painting. Road rash is a product of tiny impacts with airborne particles that create very small chips in the paint all over an area. Very bad fisheyes... Solvent pop.... Road Rash...
