Some of the damage is through the paint, exposing the substrate. In order to repair this, the void must be filled, leveled, and painted. This is something you can DIY if you are familiar with auto body work, or are willing to experiment, however if you want the best results it is time for a trip to a quality body shop to repaint the bumper.

If you simply want it to look “OK”, an inexpensive touch up pen will help to hide it some, but it certainly will not make it disappear by any means.

If you want an "OK" job.

Get touch up paint. Fill in area. Wet sand with 1000 grit, then 2000 grit. Then polish.

You'll need to have the right polishes and a buffer machine.

I'd specifically use a DA Buffer, Meguires 105 and 205 polishes, medium cutting pad and light cutting pad.
