Emblems placement
Hi,
Is there any drawings or information with measurements to exactly place "M" emblemats on the front fenders and "M240i" on the back? I ordered mine without any emblems because I want to change them to the black ones and now I'm wondering how to place them in the right place. |

I reached out the local dealer parts department and there is no template or document with fender badge placement. I suppose you’ll need to go off of pictures.

The front and rear emblems have 2 alignment pins an a recess for the emblem, you don't need a template.
Also your link doesn't work. If you could find and link instruction/template for the side fender emblems that would be much appreciated.

The side fender doesn't seem to be listed anywhere. It's a Canadian only emblem I believe and isn't showing up for me.
The "special tool" mentioned is just a laser level. |

I replaced all mine with genuine gloss black .don't need any measurements .mask the old badge ,remove badge clean area and you are left with perfect alignment.....easy peasy.
