E92 headlight panel gaps

Any help/tips is appreciated.
Had my e92 hit in a parking lot, driver headlight destroyed and fender.
Got all oem parts, took apart the whole front end and now the panel gaps are insane, I’ve tried every adjustment points.

Had the same thing happen to my car. Dumb bitch backed up into me while the car was parked and I was working but luckily only caved in my fender. At least she had the courtesy to leave a number and we settled outside of insurance since I didn't want the accident on my Carfax. She said it was literally just her car and mine in a parking lot of 500+ empty "stalls". It was after hours, that's why everyone was gone, a week before Christmas too. I don't know how you fuck up that badly but okay. Bought a new OEM fender and had it paint-matched with my "guy".

The headlight and hood seem to have a pretty wide gap from the factory in comparison to the rest of the car but my gap after installing my new fender was excessively large. My "guy"s solution was to bend the front fender "wing" a bit so it closed the gap on the headlight. He blamed it on my previous damage and my new fender. Well, the old caved in fender had a perfect gap still and it was an OEM fender, $450 from BMW. To add insult to injury, he did a shitty job with a shitty color match and used shitty paint that reacted when painted over again. I found this out when I had to respray the entire front end when I got a new Euro M-Sport bumper. I went with a new "guy" who didn't even have the courtesy to be "around" for me to complain when I picked up the car and saw how shitty the job he did was. My second guy charged me prep but didn't even prep the bumper and damaged it while he had it in his possession. Also sanded down my door handles like a fucking dumbass because he didn't think to at least cover/tape them up which I now notice everytime I get in the car. He knew I was gonna be furious.

Needless to say I haven't had good luck with under the table paint "guys". They've all been Russian which I wouldn't think matters but YMMV and you can do with that information as you wish. Everytime I think about the money lost to shitty work I wanna bash somebody's teeth in, preferably my former paint "guys". The whole car needs a respray at this point with fading clear on my trunk/quarter panels so I'm going to a legit shop next time and just cough up the $3k or so for more professional work. I've got a CSL trunk and M3 style fenders sitting so it will be a perfect time to get the entire car matched. I don't want those panels having shitty work done on them.

Cheap work aint good, good work aint cheap

Post a picture with your hood closed, let us see the damage

loosen all the headlight cradle bolts, push up into place and tighten the inner bolts (near center grille) and then the rest

These front ends are bitter sweet.
You have almost infinite adjustment for the perfect fit, and a fit that is full of gaps.

The 2 most difficult ones are the ones holding the headlight onto the headlight bracket. Once those are set in place, then adjust it the way 335i54n said.

There is some uneven gaps from the factory too.
