Light weight battery option - E90

My AGM OEM battery seems to be on its way out. Even after spending time on a trickle charger it can't seem to hold a charge. Being that my car is spending more of its time as a weekend toy and track day warrior I figured going with something lighter would be ideal. Anyone have any advice on this front? I've read that a lot of these low weight batteries don't seem to last more than a year and seem to have some pretty hefty premiums that make them about as expensive as the OEM options. It would be nice to shave 50lbs out of the rear end with something lightweight but not really down to buying a new one every year.

I bought an antigravity battery about 6 months ago and it’s been wonderful. The car has sat for 2 weeks and started right up. They claim it lasts about 10 years. It came with a Bluetooth ap that gives me daily charge status updates on my phone while the car sits.

It even has a built in jump start feature if the battery dies there’s a separate internal section that will still start the car.

Pricey but hard to imagine ever running another battery at this point. And it weighs under 15lbs too.

My car came with a 90ah oem battery and I’ve been running the 30ah one here:

I don't mind spending money on good products but damn that's a whole new level of pricy. With the CAD to USD exchange + shipping that is damn well going set me back a G note.

If you want a race battery they are about 7lb, im pretty sure it should be able to start the e90 up. You will have to do a bit of custom fab as well to create a mount for the battery which isnt hard.

You guy's have any recommendations that won't cost me a fortune? These after CAD conversion and shipping are way too much.
