Has anyone heard of this company? They have A performance chip for 328 that seems reasonable.

Yes BMS has been around for awhile. I and several other vendors sell their products. If you have any questions let me know.

I wouldn't trust them. Have recently done business with them and they do not admit to their faulty products even given the fact that we have photographic proof.

Bad customer service. Completely defensive. Do not even understand what the customer is explaining to them and they don't care to.

Spoke to the owner directly. I would stay away

Yes. Back then when I inquired about them, I heard their customer service was not good. So decided not to deal with them. Was your issue resolved?

Nope. They just became defensive and didn't own up to their mistake. Which cost me $250 + my time.

Guess who else is not going to be dealing with them?

I wouldn't worry about it. The above poster seems to have gotten a bad product and be mad about that. I can assure you BMS customer service is excellent. I have bought numerous things from them and they ship out almost immediately all the time. In terms of the tuning stuff like JB4 terry is the best. Always willing to review logs and help any way he can

Right in regards to tuning. Thats the key word. Tuning. In regards to Retrofit Paddles, great customer service? Not so much. This has got nothing to do with shipping, this has got nothing to do with review logs, so to bring them up is not relevant.

Read the replies. Terry became defensive about his product. Didn't own up to the fact that it could ever possibly be faulty. Thats not good customer service! At least think that maybe it could be an issue with your own part. Even speaking with Jason, it was the same thing. I have those emails if you wish to read more...

Oh fair enough customer service might not be great on retrofit paddles. Everything i've ordered JB4, clutch stop, clutch delay valve, dp gaskets, 2-step relay, plastic enclosure, etc customer service has been some of the best I have ever received. Honestly I think you're just going a little overboard with what you're doing. Reviving 2 dead threads to include your thoughts and posting one of your own. I read through it and it doesn't seem like Terry or anyone at BMS acted in a way to prompt the response you're giving. I understand a bit of anger but trust me there are worse companies. Them offering you a replacement with no questions asked and a $50 refund sounds pretty good to me. I've dealt with companies that have just said tough shit the product works and not even allowed me to exchange it.

See you are referencing two other companies that are worse and comparing them to burger? Saying that well at least they are not as bad as those?

That doesn't seem like it makes anything better and $50 refund for a $250 investment I did not have to make in the first place is a good deal?

It's not like they are even giving me the replacement harness for free. I already paid for the harness.

I'm glad you had great customer service with them. I really am. But I did not and I am allowed to voice my opinion.

You can choose not to read it.

Oh and I deleted my other comments from old threads since it seemed to upset you so. Now I have my original thread with my comments.

Happy now? Friends?

Great product, great service. I've spent a lot of $ with these people. Had a bad G5 board once. Exchanged the next day, no problem.
