'23 M2 already in transit?

Mexico to nj on a truck…am i crazy for thinking it’s a few days away? Dealer also promised as soon as the cars shows up it’s mine. Am I celebrating too early lol.

That VIN obscure job might be a little insufficient.

Yes you are.

Not one person affiliated with BMW, or news source has corroborated any claim they will be available before launch in April.

What they probably mean is last week of March. Then when that week arrives they'll keep saying "any day now" until they're allowed to sell. Or claim it takes a week to detail it

Thanks. Not my preferred spec but I preferred not to be late to the game on this car and the car itch is getting to me since spring is coming up

You never know.There always seems to be some dealers that release new models to customers before the official release date.

FYI, vehicles from SLP, Plant Mexico are shipped via an auto carrier ship to a designated port where they are processed at a VPC and then assigned a carrier (truck) to deliver to your selling BMW Center.

I was built the day after you (Feb 10) and I’m approaching Tampa on the Glovis Companion before stops in Brunswick, GA and then Baltimore.

I think this is the case, "A few weeks" definitely seems like the end of March, and they might just squirm for another week. Not necessarily being flat out lied to, but slightly stretching the truth.

My HEA has been at the Galveston VPC since 2/17. It’s stuck there with the air bag recall.
