Made up, completed the sale on our other house today

Been on the market for 9 months with no interest then we changed vendor, sold to the second viewing with just a £5k drop on sale price

Thanks, we had already moved a year ago, fell in love with another house and took the gamble and finally paid off!

Ours has been on or 4 months, not a sniff.... thinking of dropping asking price, seem pointless with you list as 'ONO'
