ok,
my friend has a 2000 323i e46 with the sport package and he wants to but my oem e92 sport package 162s. does anyone know if they will fit?

Nope- different offsets on the E92s; BMW went to the same offset as the E46 M3, iirc.

Yeah, they'll fit... In fact, there's a couple of pics on here of E46's with 162's... The offset is only 10mm's more, so it isn't that bad.
