Are u using the Oem c clamp connection and sticking the piping inside of it? If so that's is not the proper connection. You need to take out that whole piece and it slides over the new intercooler piping.

You've probably ruined the silicon pipe by putting super glue on it. Nothing other than the right clamp will keep it from coming off.

Fix it asap. Every time it blows off its unloading the turbos causing them to over speed. Good way to blow them.

You can't use silicone hoses with the stock FMIC. It won't connect because it's designed using a c-clip connector.

Nope you have to have the right connectors, did you just purchase the car? Looks like someone did a half ass job putting in back the stock intercooler.

I would either purchase new OEM IC piping (I'm sure someone local to you have them laying around), or buy a FMIC kit and call it a day. I'd chose #2 personally.
