Price for 2007 335i?

I found a very decent quality 2007 335i with 140,000 miles. There has been good servicing for the past 40k miles, but no history before 60k. The engine runs very smoothly, but there are some small issues with the car. Could anyone give me a rough estimate of the price?

For comparison....I picked up my 07' 335i with 98,000 miles on it w/ a bad water pump for $3,500 😁

If your willing to put up with n54 issues go for it. At that Mileage make sure the turbos are good look out for the typical leaks
