Intake/Exhaust Cam Sensor for N52

My car was misdiagnosed by BMW which had me replace the following perfectly functioning parts (turned out to be a ground wire problem):

- Intake/Exhaust Camshaft Sensor: $60 (BMW price $250)

Is that the same thing as the VANOS solenoid by any chance?

Nope, these are the cam sensors at the front of the motor. I'm also selling the VANOS solenoids as well. call/txt 416 219 3047
