Pull Up Apparatus Choices For Basement?
Greetings all,
Does anyone know what options are available for pull up equipment/apparatus for basement structural beams? I’m not interested in pull up structures that utilize door frames. I want to attach something to my basement I-Structural Beams? Thanks/B

How much searching have you done? I spent 30 seconds on Google and many viable options were found.

I have limited equipment and no pull up options. I just do some lat pull downs with light weight, bench rows, dumbell lat stretch lying across a bench.
Mainly I'm focusing on major volume with lighter weight. Go to failure on last couple of sets no matter what it is. Intense but it works. Change your routine every time and make it different and harder every time. Cutting now anyway so it works out for me. |

Could always use the edge of the structural beams themselves to utilize for pull ups. That’s what I used to do.
Or you could get something like this: C-clamp handles your hook onto the beams for pull ups. |

This could work depending on how tall your ceiling is. |

I-Beam Pull up Bar
Mingwan: I would have bought that, had you posted sooner, lol.
I purchased the Pro Mountings I-Beam pull up bar from Amazon. Cost was around $200, which includes the sales tax; free shipping. Highly recommend! Building a gym in my basement in the event another COVID-19 strikes & closes gyms again... When at peace, prepare for war. Cheers/B
