I rewatched the BMWBLOG video with Jose Casas and he did confirm there that ZB has light elements of purple to give the color that richer look in certain conditions.

A draw back to this is under certain direct light it can look almost greyish as the video above highlights.

I'm super excited for how dynamic this color is making itself out to be. I have a lot of car photographer friends that are gonna have a field day with lighting, color grading, etc.

The shape looks better and better the more I look at it. The red calipers actually look great with ZB in this video.... Considering changing those.

I don't know what it is about this picture specifically, but its really solidifying my choice with the bi-colors. Something about the angle and the void that exists within those wheel wells is rather off-putting.

A nice brushed silver, gold, or bronze will be killer on this.

ZB in broad daylight with zero clouds. No filters, no saturation, just an accurate photo. Check the lime green M3CS in the background. And ignore my 7yr old.

With all your supporting, sounds like youbare really trying to justify your decision to yourself.

You know that is a "perfect" photo with no edits or filters how? With ALL the different looks in numerous photos and videos, no idea how you or anyone else can state which onenis clearly the exact/correct color.

Look, I am sure ONE of the photos is correct and some will be thrilled and some will be disappointed. I hope for all that stuck with it are thrilled.

The only intent is to help all the newer folks who joined in the past two weeks, and the future (as roll out continues) with color selection.

If you don't like the color just stay out of the thread. Or at the very least not make accusatory statements.

Hmmm...mayve read my entire post. There was nothing accusatory.

I also wasnt aware that BNW appointed you as their spokesperson for ZB nor should you be the one to make other's minds up based on your opinion (I say this by all your supporting pists in many threads about ZB). Oh, and if you read with bith eyes open, I am not the only person with on the fence or the other side of the fence opinions.

As I have stated, my original order was specced with ZB but with all the variations shown in all the pictures and videos, I am not prepared to spend $70k to find out I will need to wrap or have the car painted.

I have seen all the colors in person but ZB. I will also state the BSM in person looks different than what is posted in many of the pictures. Pictures dont always speak 1000 positive words...
