How much has your 335 cost you this month?

So far this month my 335i has cost me;

12 months car tax £500
12 months car insurance £470
2 Michelin pss rear tyres £415
2 front upper suspension mounts & Spring seats £170
7 litres of castrol edge 0w30 & oil filter £50
2 brembo front discs £190
£170 labour

On top of all that the damn thing went into limp mode last week, turned it of & back on & it's been fine, until today.
I had fault memory read today & apparently there's a low fuel pressure issue. So the guy cleared the faults told me if it does it again I'll have to get it booked in for further investigation.
Took it out tonight to see how new top mounts feel. Found a bit of clear road started to accelerate, car felt a bit sluggish then got a half engine light stopped turned of & back on drove it home, but it in my garage shut the door on it came indoors drank a beer or two whilst wondering how much more money I'm going to need to spend on it this time.
New top mounts feel nice though, steering feels a lot smoother

Not a 335 but if it's any consolation my 330 has cost me an average of 350 a month since I bought it. Taking it in for a service today, another 700 gone

Oh and my insurance is 950 for the year

Well apart from petrol this month I've actually made £205 . It's truly a first for me in the 20 odd years of modding cars.

However if I look at the whole ownership of the 335i I'm definitely down but mostly due to modding and not issues.

Lol, I feel your pain my friend
it now appears that my lower front suspension arms are fucked, or at least the passenger side. Am awaiting verdict & cost
Friday it's going for diagnostic re reduced power, I believe that's something to do with low fuel pressure. I will need to extend my mortgage at this rate lol

Suspension arms, you can do yourself. Yeah they're a PITA but a weekend of your time and it'll be sorted... i did it! Doesnt need any exotic tools either.

I bet your CEL is down to a collapsed vac line rather than anything major.

Just got it back from STS after my free suspension check & it appears that lower suspension arms are fine, as in fact all my suspension parts apart from lower suspension arm nuts being only finger tight!!
So a nice young lad tightened my nuts for me & all seems well

Am going to my bunker to replace the front discs now. Hopefully this will be an end to my steering & braking issues.
Have been getting steering wheel judder under braking & also when driving along with creaks & groans whilst parking or turning at low speed

Mine has cost me this month:

£50 brake fluid change
£50 to fit new track rods (bought previous month so doesn't count )
£130 in diesel.

Different story in May when insurance is due!
