Turn signal problem

Well I bought some turn signal bulbs and have no idea what's the best way to install them. I have an lci e90. I noticed there is a panel you can take out in front of the front wheel.

yup take out that panel to access the wheel well and its this circular thingy where u just turn and pull out and then same with the light bulbs. make sure you have halogen headlights and the right size..dont twist too hard! and yeah have fun with them!
