Anyone going to Bandimere tomorrow? Matt (Forza) and I are meeting at Happy Canyon Shopping Center lot at 8:30 AM and heading over if others want to meet up. Will head out about 8:45 AM from there to drive to Bandimere.

Matt, what was your best time out here with the 335? For some unknown reason my "know more than god when it comes to drag racing" friends think mine could break into the high 12's with a solid launch. I admit I'm leaving a ton of time at the 60' marker but I don't think even with how the car sits now that I'll see 12's unless I'm at sea level.

Yeah that was Matt Sfeir, he ran 12's. He also had methanol injection.
My A6 ran 13.751@102mph. Decent for my 4240 lb car Actually better than my old 2011 S4. Honestly the 8speed auto shifts quicker than the 7speed dsg in the S4. Thanks for asking |

Holy shit that is fast for our altitude. Is that stock? Wow. Super impressed. That is an amazing engine. Did you ever run your S4 at our altitude? If so, remember what it ran?

Yeah, so it's near stock... A very simple little mod like the old N54 SSTT. Probably good for 2 additional PSI.
The S4 ran this at Bandi (best I could do, 100% stock) http://www.dragtimes.com/Audi-S4-Timeslip-23129.html And this at Sacramento raceway (check out the DA ) http://www.dragtimes.com/Audi-S4-Timeslip-24917.html |

Agreed, the car really runs nice. With the gains that I had simply by altitude and weather in Sacramento, honestly I think the A6 would be in the high 12's at sea level (All things being equal). Damn wish I would have run it before we sold the house and drove the cars out to Colorado.

Damn! Was that with meth or just 93 on the proceed? If I can snag anything close to a 13 flat with a good launch, I'll be happy for just straight bolt ons. I was pretty stoked having 13.5 with a slow launch. I think the fastest I've ever run there before I got this car was a 14.6 in a stock automatic '99 Trans Am.
