EOI: Sockets light painting class

Hey Guys

If anyone is interested, I'm going to hold some light painting classes in small groups of two or three peps

All you need is a digital camera that can be operated in manual mode, a tripod and a torch. If you have your own gear then you can practice with your car and camera.

If you don't, but you want to give it a try, you can have a go with my camera if you don't mind sharing

First session is planned for 8 pm Thursday 6 Aug (weather permitting) around the Brighton beach area

If you are interested put your name down below

Newcastle is a bit out of the way for me DrJ, but I'd be happy to do a session out at Sydney Olympic Park if there are a couple of takers. Should get some nice shots with the stadium in the background

in. i have a few other cool spots near olympic park if it goes ahead

Man, I tempeted to do a 3500km trip just for this...

Nothing interesting ever happens down here in the west, except maybe myself doing WOT pulls in deserted back roads from time to time

Count me in Socket, I have some small experience in light painting so i can help out and ill bring my camera and tripod aswell

that's a long drive and then u gotta drive back again.... There's a few WA members MK, why not set up a local meet

How long have you been dabbling in photography socks?

I love shooting pics, but yeah haven't done it for years as I don't have the time these days
