Sport Package Upgrade?
Hello all,
I just got my E90 330i on May 29, 2005. I got the base model but it has black dakota leather. I was wondering if anybody knows if I can upgrade to the sport package at the dealer? The sport package consists of sport suspension, 162 wheels, 149mph limiter, sport steering wheel, and sport seats. It sounds like major work, but will they do it? Let me know. |

Why didn't you just get ZSP to begin with? Would have been a whole lot cheaper...
I think it's possible to get most (if not all) of those parts... i know you can get the 162 style wheels, the seats and the steering wheel for sure... not sure about the suspension, but i don't see why you wouldn't be able to. But like i said, be prepared to pay ALOT more than $1600. Nice tint by the way.

Really nice picture. Great color. Seeing as how you got your e90 so early, I'm guessing you couldn't order the car as needed. Good luck with you quest in adding sport package modifications.

i'm sure you can do it, but it will really cost you a boatload of money... the wheels and tires, the new steering wheel, the seats.. I would guess at this all costing way more then you might think, especially when you factor in labor costs. (all this can be done by yourself, but im not sure you want to do it yourself..).. after you factor in all those costs, it would probably be cheaper to sell the car, take the loss and reorder a new car the way you want.

I know... I regret not getting the sport package to begin with. I was thinking that I would get aftermarket rims but I changed my mind... you know... shit happens.

If you decide to not go aftermarket, I'd put it for sale and order the one you want. With the car still hot, you may not lose as much as you might think.
