Haha I've never heard of anyone doing that. I'd help you out, but I have an E90 so I don't think it'll fit. And only one bike mount.

man i just bought this:

http://www.hollywoodracks.com/trunk-...trunk-rack.htm

they don't scratch the car at all, and it pretty much fits most cars since it's adjustable.

not too expensive either.

I used my E90 rack on my E92 before I sold it. No issues whatsoever.

I had originally the same 06 325i roof rack and it fitted my 09 M3 coupe. they are all the same as Bavarian mention. I will be headed to Miami Nov 18 and back Nov 22. so the rack will be in good weather.
PM me your info. and we can talk more. Not to worry, I take care of my toys and I'll do the same for yours.
Thanks guys

Al

Nice find thanks.. but I will be hauling expensive carbon bikes and Im afraid it may get yanked unlike the rooftop method. But will consider though, much easier to get in/out.

That's a great deal, and what I picked up my rack for as well. Then just get the Rocky Mounts fork mount blades in the vendor section from ECS. Mine works great.

If you really can't find anything, hit me up again when it gets closer to your date. I have a friend with an extra bike mount that you might be able to use with my rack. But I'll need the rack before that time comes.

Side note: Eric the Ricer, is that your plate in your avatar? I've seen that exact plate on an 80s Camry in VA sometime last year.
