Suggestions on where I can detail car this weekend?

I live in MoCo, but in a high-rise with no access to a hose or electric outlet for my porter cable polisher. I used to use a buddy's driveway, but that's not an option anymore. All my friends live in places that also lack water and/or electric hookup.

I'd appreciate suggestions of anywhere in the DC area where I can do a 6-hour pre-winter detail.

Flagship has a good spot all over the place. I generally take my car there. As for a plug point, I don't know. If you are offering to help out with a polish on someone's garage, I'm sure people will be up in arms to let you use their driveways.
