I had some major engine work done on a 2013 7. Insurance paid for it. They did not fill the coolant so on a long trip home. No Heat. They failed o connect floor vents so after I filled the coolant I still had cold air blowing under the dash.

When I picked up the car front and back seats were damaged. Service department signed the receipt and indicated damage but did nothing.

You just don't treat people this way. I have found if you didn't bauy the car at the dealer their service is lacking.
